Newfound land and Labrador

With the current restructuring of boards, it is our position that a provincial policy would be much simpler and more effective.

Currently, the Minister of Education's stance is that our children should simply have an ISSP in place and that will take care of everything.

In looking at this process, it does not seem appropriate for a child with a chronic illness.

We are currently consulting with

We would like to take that information and present it to the current government as a viable policy option.

We would like the involvement of as many parents as possible.

If you would simply like your MHA to receive a copy of the policy proposal,

The more parents we have involved, the stronger our voice will be.

If you have a wonderful school, then please help us to guarantee that all schools are able to learn from you.

If your staff is accomodating, then please, let us know what is working for you and your family.

Let us be a strong voice that will create change for the better for our children and those children who cannot stand up for themselves. Diabetes in Canadian Schools
